Shared hosting resources must be used fairly. Excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth usage that negatively affects other customers may result in throttling, suspension, or account termination.

5. Payment & Billing

• Services are billed in advance according to the plan you select.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Backups and Data

We may provide backup services, but you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

7. Uptime & Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or failure to pay. Upon termination, your data may be deleted immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States of America. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Durham County, North Carolina.
